Social Work Reviews: An International Journal is committed to the wide and equitable dissemination of high-quality social work research. To support open access publishing and ensure the sustainability of journal operations, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applied to accepted manuscripts.
Article Processing Charge Details
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing in Social Work Reviews is:
- APC Amount: USD 40 (Forty US Dollars) per accepted article
- Submission Fee: None
- Peer Review Fee: None
The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following the completion of the peer review process.
There are no charges for manuscript submission, editorial screening, or peer review.
Transparency and Ethics
The APC has no influence on editorial decision-making. Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts is based solely on scholarly merit, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and ethical compliance.
Editors and reviewers are not informed of APC-related matters during the peer review process.
Payment Information
Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author after acceptance. Publication will proceed once APC-related formalities are completed.
Invoices are issued only for accepted articles.
Refund Policy
APCs are non-refundable once an article has been published online. In cases where publication does not proceed due to editorial withdrawal or ethical concerns, APC-related matters will be handled in accordance with journal policy.
